At Drift Bakeshop, every pastry is made by hand, in small batches, with the time and care that great baking deserves. I simply focus on familiar flavors, quality ingredients, and baking things the way they should taste: warm, comforting, and worth coming back for.

Everything just happens to be plant-based, but that's never the point. My hope is simply that you make time—for breakfast that isn't rushed, for gathering around the table, for sharing something warm with people you love, or for enjoying a quiet moment to yourself.
